Scootx

Client: De Lussac
Year: 2025
Field: Mobility Design

· What?
Introducing SCOOTX, a new chapter in clean urban mobility by Studio DE LUSSAC.

For months, Studio DE LUSSAC has been developing a revolutionary concept: a hydrogen-powered scooter, the SCOOTX, a bold new application of NamX’s CapX hydrogen capsules.

CapX is the most efficient and scalable solution to accelerate the hydrogen transition. Its infrastructure is 10x more cost-effective than traditional hydrogen stations, paving the way for hydrogen’s widespread adoption across multiple sectors — including mobility, boating, drones, telecommunications, agriculture, and construction machinery.

· How?
SCOOTX is a sculptural, high-performance hydrogen scooter designed for the cities of tomorrow.

Its modular platform supports two powertrain options:
• A hydrogen fuel cell with buffer battery
• Or a hydrogen combustion engine

Both are powered by CapX capsules, offering up to 200 km range (100 km per capsule) and swappable in under 3 minutes at any CapXstore.

With a top speed of up to 120 km/h and a futuristic design that blends technology and elegance, SCOOTX redefines what clean, connected urban mobility can be.

NamX is currently finalizing several partnerships for the application of CapX technology in the telecom and mobility sectors and remains open to further collaborations and strategic partnerships.

Special thanks to Wout Accou, mobility designer at Studio DE LUSSAC, for leading this project.
